I recognized the moment that my ADHD had peaked when
Twitter, for example, should be looking to leverage an online service like Twitter to improve it’s customer experience.
We expect older corps to be ‘trying’ to improve customer experience through new media, just as we expect new media corps to be ignoring us.
I’ve said it before, but @google should pick up @delicious. There’s a seed kernel of human curation there that only needs water and time.
